<x-charset iso-8859-1>Thanks to all for your help on this topic, particularly Jim, and Steven Ayres. Without the constant help of the people on this list (and the Type 34 Registry list too) any progress I have made towards getting my car back on the road would have been impossible. Now for the possibly really dumb question: Is there any possible connection between my fixing the fuel tank overflow hose, and the fact that my car starts up MUCH better recently. I started the engine today for the first time in a couple of days, and it just sprang to life as soon as I turned the key. It's been like that roughly since I fixed the overflow hose.
