[T3] lower controling arm

On my 1969 fastback, the stud that connects to the
shocks, that is in the lower controlling arm on the
left hand side has broken a little short.  It is
holding the shock on there, but I would like to
replace it. Do I have to replace the whole control
arm? Can you replace just the stud? Does anyone have
replacement parts? Is this a huge task to do?
