There is a steering damper connected to the steering arm; it and/or the rubber bushing that it mounts in may need to be replaced. You may have an upper torsion bar which is loose in the left upper trailing arm; this should be checked and fixed before it destroys valuable parts. But the first thing I would check would be the tire pressure: Don't put more than 20 psi in them. For a fastback I would inflate the tires to 19/27 psi front/rear. No more. - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ------------------------------------------------------------------- Too much?
