Yes, E brain = 72-3, but there were sub-varieties, so what are the Bosch 
numbers? The 72-3 pressure sensor should have had a black plastic cylinder 
stuck to the rear face. If you don't have that you'll probably have to take it off 
to get the numbers off it. 5-pin switch and most of these other parts are  72-3.

The last character in the dist # is probably an L. This would be a 68 dist, but 
it should work fine here. Time it like a 73 if it has a 265 vacuum can, or like a 
72 if it has the 72 vac advance/retard can.

Yes, use an Ohmmeter. I just posted those numbers, I think it was between 
terminals 14 and 20.
