And if it's tied open and you live in the Bay area of CA?  I'm 60 miles 
north of SF, San Jose is about 120 miles south of me.

I'm only partially being a smartass -- I'd like to get your opinion as 
well.  Currently the flaps in my Fasty are wired open because I forgot to 
hook up the thermostat and rod before  putting the cylinder tin on, and I 
didn't realize it until I'd installed the engine....
