Hey Les, Congrates on the 66 you got. I can't answer your question about the 6v to 12 conversion, but i am sure there are many seasoned guru's on the list just waiting to answer you. As far your second question about the scrapers, this has been a hot topic in the recent past on the list. You can get the scrapers but most of them require modification. You can also buy i think late bus scrapers and remove the rubber part buy drilling out the rivets and then riveting the new rubber onto the old metal bracket from your fasty. If you are missing the whole thing i am sure someone on the list has a set lying around they would sell you. There is a place in i think the Uk that sells the scrapers new with no modification required but they won't sell to the USA on account of VW. later, jesse 71 fi squareback hello all, I'm new to the list and just got my first v w in 9 years a '66 fasty. i have two ?'s 1st whats involed in a 12 volt conversion for a t3 (1st 6 volt i've had) also no one seems to cary the window scrapers nthat help to keep water out of the door. I'm missing the in and outside ones on the drivers door.
