[T3] door window scrapers

hello all,  I'm new to the list and just got my first v w in 9 years a '66 
fasty.
i have two ?'s    1st whats involed in a 12 volt conversion for a t3 (1st 6 
volt i've had)
also no one seems to cary the window scrapers nthat help to keep water out of 
the door.  I'm missing the in and outside ones on the drivers door.
