Hi there T Thretians, I am a visitor to this list with a T3 question that has puzzled me for a long time. The Type 3 has the lower front trailing arm at the left slightly behind the one on the right. This is to allow the independent torsion bars to cross over in the middle. When I had the lower arms off the car, I couldn't see any difference between the left one and the right one. So, does this put the left lower ball joint slightly behind the right one? If so, does this make the caster angle on the LHS less then the right? I doubt that the car is designed this way, so where is the correction made? Are the top arms the same length? I am having trouble getting the correct wheel alignment and I am wondering if I am missing some important fact here. Or if I have a damaged component. Thanks in advance for any enlightenment you can offer me......... brian-in-nz ( car is at http://www.geocities.com/roadratccc ) ------------------------------------------------------------------- Too much?
