if you have enough threads, use the old double-nutted way to back them out. get two ten mm nuts (not the ones you have, they're capped) and tighten them against eachother. then you can use a wrench on the one closest to the case to back the whole stud out. if you don't have much space, you might try grinding the nuts thinner so that you can get the two on the stud. may be a little too involved and you might just want to go the vise grips way and get new studs.
