Thanks for the advice Phil. That was the problem exactly. . .although mine had slipped out away from the tranny. Needless to say I found out why it got this way. The driver's side rear shock was shot. And the bushings were barely there. Lot of good they did I guess when the tire blew at 75 miles an hour. So tomorrow, after work, I go and buy new bushings. But I don't know exactly how to put it all back together. Are there any instructions on how to adjust both sides again? I looked in my manual, but it simply says reinstall torsion bar. Reinstall spring plate. Nothing on how to set it up at a nice stance that won't kill the CV's. Any ideas anybody?
