check vaccume advance , make sure it dosen't have
holes in it . set points to .016 , plugs set to .024
,adjust valves to .006, timing to TDC (just a general
tune up, you did change the oil after it set for two
years I hope). If this dosen't work you may have to
soak the carb's in cleaner. GOOD LUCK PHIL.
