If you find a used fan unit, it will come with the venturi etc. All you need
to do is remove the existing airbox, pop the top off, insert the power lead
through the rubber grommet, drop the fan unit in place and refit the airbox.
Oh, and fitting a switch and some wiring would help as well!

The fan I have came from a guy who swore blind it came from a 1303. Once
you've seen one, you'll recognise it straight away, as it's completely
different from any Beetle unit.
