So, still running on. I had a good one today. Muse have run on for a good 40 seconds. When it finally stopped, I heard the fuel pump relay under the dash click off just after. Dwell angle is 44 degrees. Timing good. Idle is bet 800 and 900. So, I've been told that "it's the main power relay" but what can I do about it? Does that mean the switch is bad? What should I test and how? I don't know what difference it makes, but the black and white wire on terminal 15 at the coil were disconnected when I was checking the timing. On my electrical diagram, the white wire goes to terminal 15 on the "central plug" in the "test network". I need clarification on this again. Isnt the test network sort of aa moot point for me since I dont have a FI tester? And therefore, does the white wire make all that much difference? Regardless, it was fitted on when the engine last ran on. The Bentley doesn't say anything about the Power relay or run-on. Please advise. -- Mike Wodkowski 72 SQBK Brooklyn wodkowski@mac.com ------------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe? mailto:type3-request@vwtype3.org, Subject: unsubscribe
