The ones from ISP are well made and with the chrome trim groove. I just finished removing all the windows from my fasty without cutting or damaging any of the rubber. They were in great shape and I am looking to sell the set. I will be reinstalling the windows with new seals w/chrome groove from ISP (which I have already purchased). The removal is fairly simple. Just do NOT rush the job!! Work it slow and you won't have any problems. What I did was lube the inside edge of the seal with vaseline. Once the lube was well spread, you just start pushing gently. When pushing, use steady pressure and not "bursts" or sudden force. Start at an edge and work your way around. After you see the seal has "broken" from around the frame, add more pressure and the inner lip will begin to make its way to the outer edge. Once a side is out, go to the outside, and again, gently pull towards you and the window will pretty much be out.
