The 925555-x series would be easier to crimp with a standard Molex type crimper. The x variations 1 bronze unplated 2 bronze tin plated 3 bronze .0004(mm ?) gold plated 4 bronze .0008(mm ?) gold plated 5 brass tin plated 6 brass unplated. I'm probably going to order some 925559-5's. I got the same 6000 minimum story but the guy was refering to -6's which come attached to a long strip for automatic crimping machines. It might be less for the individual pins. If I have to I will order the 6000 (The price quoted to me was about U$250, which is cheaper that the Porsche guy wanted to rebuild the harnes for me) and sell them with just enough markup to cover my expenses.
