Russ, Phillip is 316266312, only a few thousand cars apart! I
think my birth certificate said March (May?) 66. I looked at the
rims and I don't notice any special indentation inboard of the bead
seat. But I also checked an extra set of '96 VW alloys (6Jx14) and
they don't have anything there either. I really need to sort this
out, my commute includes a cloverleaf on ramp that I use as a
testbed...
Speaking of the commute, I could barely hold the car in my lane
crossing he Columbia R. tonight. Wind gusts to 40 mph! This is not
a T3 strong point, despite 20 psi front pressure, no slop in the sway
bar and a 1/2 tank of gas.
