the bleeder valves are on top.

the parking brake got an adjustment too, it now works better. when the 
parking brake is engaged the brake need one pump, but when not engaged it 
needs a few pumps(when parked).  the brakes seem to work better when the 
e-brake is up, this would mean the rear brake needs adjustment but they are 
adjusted correctly
