Low compression on one cylinder. There are actually 3 things that can cause this, however. Bad rings will, but can be sealed somewhat by squirting some oil in the cylinder and then redoing the test. If the compression recovers then the rings are probably at fault. Loose cylinder studs will also, but you can usually check at least the lower ones with a wrench.
