[T3] towing a squareback?

hey gang,

any suggestions on towing a squareback around 1,600 miles?

i have a jeep wrangler with a 3,500 rated hitch setup.

a> how heavy is a type 3?
b> should i use a tow bar or trailer it?

thanks in advance.  any quick responses would be appreciated as i have to make a decision in a next few days.
