We rigorously test ALL components with many different fuels and additives. We do this at the customers request, and for liability reasons. This includes any fuel line we include, or use with our products. The automobile manufactureres have a specifcation that all suppliers must meet. All modern fuel line must meet these spec's. The fuel line we use is supplied from a major manufacturer, and is rated for 250 psi burst pressure, and compatible with ethanol, methanol, Aviation gas, diesel fuel, Cam2 racing fuel, Nitro methane, and about anything else you can think of. If you have had problems, you may have been using hose that was of an older vintage, such as the early exterior braided hose that VW used. Some of this old hose was made from natural rubber and might not have been compatible with modern fuels.
