[T3] no pressure to disc brakes

I have a '71 fastback and have been working on the front
disc brakes, I can't seem to get any pressure in them. I
took the pistons out and cleaned them, they have the pins in
the middle, and put them back together but still no
pressure. I also put new seals in the master cylinder but
that didn't help, what else could it be?
