[T3] Lug pattern and disc brake questions

The reason for my original questions is that I have a set of rare five lug 
wheels that I would like to put on my, which has four lugs.  I'd like to 
retain my disc on the front and possibly add disc to the rear.  

Can four lug disc be drilled for a five lug VW pattern?  How do I go about 
putting five lug disc on the rear?  Is there an easy way to do this?  Has 
anyone ever seen or had this done?
