Hey Mark, you should set up your replies to go directly to the List. You'll get better response that way. My other comments follow.. Anyone else? I _still_ wonder why you had so many fuses go all at once when your car quit. Anybody think a voltage spike could have made it through the system? Cheap or wrong voltage regulator maybe? -Mark Fuhriman > -----Original Message----- > >listen for the main power and fuel pump relays. For your gage, you will need a 5/16" nipple and a length of 5/16" fuel line. The gage will hook onto a T fitting that should be poking up between an injector pair on the fuel rail. You're looking for 28 psi. Might need to turn the key on/off a few cycles to get the pressure to build up. Fuel pump is supposed to run for just 1-2 sec while the engine is not running. To test for steady-state operation of the pump and pressure, you can temporarily make the pump run continuously. On the fuel pump relay (look above the fuse box) jumper the terminals with the red wires on them. The pump should hum continuously. > > Then make > >sure all ignition components are working (can a condensor fail > >instantaneously?..).
