I have that.

Did that.  I have spark on all four wires.

I bought a guage but can't find where to hook it up.

Yes.

I don't know if I made this clear in my first post but it seems to
catch briefly, as if the initial running of the fuel pump when I turn
it on is giving it a little gas but once it thinks it is running
something turns off the fuel pump.  I hope this is meaningful
diagnostic information.
