As to the spindles, You should just be able to get the steering knuckle arm from a later T-3 and bolt them to your spindle. They are bolt on arms, and I think the bolt holes are the same. As for the steering box, back the adjuster screw clear off, and then make sure the cover bolts are tight before atempting to adjust the screw. The cover bolts are known to come loose. As far as I know, the only tie rod end that is not still available is the one with the bend in it.
