SimonG=>Volkswagen decided at the last minute not
=> to put these cars into production.  A great pity!

The Type 341 met the same fate -- 11 prototypes (we think), lots of dealer
literature, even a show tour, then killed just before production. Pretty
car, too. Karmann could build 'em, but not cheap enough.
