The beading has shrunk over the years and you'll have a lot of trouble getting it to fit again. You're better off just loosening the bottom fasteners on the rear fenders and reaching up to do your job. They just drain the body cavities that they come out of. You can check them with a wire to make sure that they are clear. The length you see from the outside is virtually their whole length. > 6.
