I have many questions of many subjects so i am going to list them... 1. what mm hose is used to connect the auxiliary air regulator to air distributor and to the air filter. also the fuel injection lines. are they 7mm or 9mm? 2. I want to rust proof under my fenders both front and rear. if i remove them, is there any seals that i may damage and have to replace? i don't want to ruin the fender beading, for my car is in great shape and i would hate to have to replace the beading with a color that does not match the car. 3. i want to remove the undercoating on the car and rust proof it with por 15. could i have someone sandblast the bottom of the pan so i don't have to try to scrape off all of that undercoating before the por 15. 4. does anyone have a drivers seat for sale? i need one in a tan color? 5. i noticed that there are little rubber hoses coming out underneath the car next to the water draining flaps next to the motor. do these drain the air vents next to the hatch (the small ones, not the big intake vents)? is there an easy way to check if these lines are in good condition? i want to make sure they are not leaking inside of the body. 6. I final question, i have become really paranoid about rust. my car has almost no rust and i want to keep it that way. she is from the south and now she is with me in southern pa (in the rust belt) i want to do everything i can to keep her from rusting. i have read the rust prevention article on the type3.org site but i would really like to talk to someone on the phone who has experience with this to discuss a course of action that i should take. anyone out there? 7. This is not a question... just a little good news. I just got my upper bump stop bushings for my 71 squareback from motorworks! If you are in need of these call them NOW! For they do not no how long the supply will last. i know these things are hard to come bye.
