Jim,
I use needle-nose pliers. Remove the knob of the switch, open the pilers
wide & insert the ends into the slots in the escutcheon & turn. Do this
carefully, if the pliers slip out they can scratch the finish of the
surrounding area.
BTW, get your glovebox yet?
