You report:- *Fuel pressure 30 psi - I guess the pump is working then. Close enough to 28 psi for the time being. *Spark at plug - points, coil and wires working. I assume that's a good blue spark, not a weak yellow one. *Compression - some. As you turn over the engine, do you hear hissing maybe, experience varying resistance? That's compression - some at any rate. Squirt the accel by hand a few times with ign on. Can you hear the injectors clicking? If so, you should get some chuffs at least when the fuel burns. If you don't, maybe the plug leads aren't in the right places - check the rotor points to the correct leads in turn as you rotate the engine clockwise (viewed from rear) - far right(1), near left(4), far left(3), near right(2). The trigger contacts (lower part of distributor) tell the injection when to squirt; they may be dirty (wipe clean, but never sandpaper them). Earth wires on crankcase and cylinder head temp sensor lead open circuit can also stop it injecting. Fresh fuel? Have you cleaned out any of the system? Maybe injectors are gummed up. Remove a bank of injectors and check they squirt (remove low-voltage to coil to prevent a fire) . There are other possible problems, including weak spark, which are nothing to do with the injection side. Dave.
