[T3] SF Bay Area meets

Folks,

	I've gathered info for the Sat. 2/3 Oakland and Sun. 2/18 San Jose
meets, and put it here:

There's text info as well as site maps and driving maps ("enter your
address and click here to get a route to the destination").

	I suspect we'll be seeing a March meet on a Sunday in S.F. or on
the peninsula...?
