[T3] Finally! Dizzy driveshaft OUT

Joyous tidings:

My buddy Jeff came over today and we finally got the distributor
driveshaft out (with a wooden dowel). Then it got dark and cold, so we
stopped for the night. Perhaps tomorrow I can post a success story... :)
