I was under the impression that very little UV got thru ordinary window glass. It may be that the wavelengths close to the visible aren't attenuated by much, however. I have a Florida car which saw a lot of sun. The outside "shoulders" of the front seats were the worst, much worse than the rears. I assumed this was because this part of the seats got sun with the window down. I probably need to ask someone else at work about this. - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ------------------------------------------------------------------- Too much?
