I have a good disy I can send up to you to try. It is my troubleshooting one and is in good shape. Let me know if you want me to send it to you. As for the resistance of the points... I have seen a few not work with 4 or 5 ohms accross them.... several of the non-Bosch ones are even that way when new... and cause some problems. They should be ZERO ohms across them.
