They made a pretty good product and I used them for a number of years. I think they may date back to the 60s and they are mentioned in the Bill Fisher book. Gene Berg used to sell their stuff, but something happened to them maybe 12 years ago. I have a rather old memory of talking to Gene on the phone when he told me the owner had died and that his widow was attempting to carry on the business. I think Gene's quote was something to the effect of "That woman doesn't know how to run a business." Gene sounded angry, but I really don't know what the problem was. Around that time Gene started selling Phoneix headers and the FourTuned phone went dead.
