<x-charset iso-8859-1>3.35 Ohms means a shorted sensor, it should be around 60 with the engine hot, higher when colder. This however, is not your problem. a shorted sensor will mimick a hot or lean condition. Check the other sensor and make sure its connector isnt accidently swapped with the cold start injector.
