<x-charset iso-8859-1>Your measuring Ohms to ground from the disconnected sensor wire. In other words the sensor wire to any good ground. Key on or off is not important as youve disconnected the sensor. HOWEVER, Take a clip lead and ground the wire from the harness when your problem occurs, if the engine is warm and it starts up now the sensor is bad. They come out, sometimes with difficulty, using an open end wrench going at it from under the tin with the tin still in place, Youll have to remove the seal. No need to remove the engine but a cliplead will keep you going if you get stuck and this is in fact the problem.
