<x-charset iso-8859-1>Glad to hear that someone wants to restore an old notch. Rust anywhere on the car is not the best thing but it depends how far and how deep it goes. If its a panel that can be gotten to easily then that translates to the cost. The 83mm piston and jugs are no longer produced to allow the 1500cc motor. Epically the correct domed 83mm ones used on the T3. The bus and the bug used similar ones and these in good used condition do pop up. Pics of the car are the best for anyone to see your concerns.
