I don't know if the pressure sensor has been tampered with or not....I have a few spares of unknown condition. the missing ground lug concerns me. perhaps the sensor is not making a good ground..... I may swap it just to see if that helps. No surging at any speed. The car honestly runs great.......starts after about 1-2 revs hot or cold.
