The OE forged cranks that Berg modifies with welded-on counterweights are an excellent buy and an excellent product. He sold true forged counterweighted cranks for awhile years ago, but the price was outtasight (over $1000.) I doubt if there are ANY forged-with-counterweights cranks out there at all these days, unless you should happen to find one of Berg's old ones.
