I noticed this while syncing my new ICT's last night(finally got the linkage to work). As you bring up the RPM of the engine, the generator throws out actual sparks from what looks like the brushes on the underside. Not my typical faint blue glow, but actual yellowish orange sparks. Is this normal or should I be worried? What should I do to fix this? I replaced the brushes about 30K mi. ago. Another thing that I've noticed is that at night the lights flicker when I rev the engine, but not when its at speed. Is this related? Thanks in advance.
