RE: [T3] hazard light problem

I can't say with true authority that a T-3's 4-way and blinkers are on
separate flashers; but all other VW's that I've worked on (and most other
cars) are.  SeconÎ÷1a T-3 (as well T-1), both arrows always light when
'indicating.'
