Are you still FI? Do you have the battery in right? WhÁñ\hu 
polarize the generator? Are you sure you did it right? [Polarizing 
the generator is something that almost NEVER needs to be done! It is 
more likely to get you in trouble than out of it.]

Measure the voltage from ground to the output of the generator at 
medium RPM.
