[T3] Auto Kick Down Question

Help!
    I have a 71 Square with an automatic and fuel injection. I need to know
where the two leads that hook up to the Kick down switch connect to? This is
the switch that is activated by the throttle opening all the way and
depressing the small switch attached to the throttle body. 
    Any assistance with this would be a big help. I'm trying to get it right
the first time. 

Question 2 - I'm hooking back up the fuel injection system after replacing
all the fuel lines. When I turn the key I can hear the Fuel pump for about
1.5 seconds. Why when the system is NOT under pressure does the fuel pump
stop. Is this normal. I plan to Bleed the system of air by hooking up an
outside power source directly to the pump. Does the pump continue to keep
pressure when the engine is cranked and running only? I'm Confused?
