Jacob: Whatever the marks on your pully, remember that, if you have the 009 and a non-stock carb, you are going to have to figure out where to set the timing -- you can't just set it by the book anymore. General wisdom has it that you should set it to a TOTAL advance of somewhere between 28 and 32 degrees BTDC, depending on how much you value performance vs. longevity and fueÊây, and then see where if falls back to at idle. Also, when figuring out where TDC is on your pully, remember that the pully could be from any number of other models, with notches added by previous owners, etc. Get to know your engine. The rest of you can add/detract from this if I've goofed up. Eric Forsman Baltimore, MD ------------------------------------------------------------------- Search old messages on the Web!
