Visit http://www.vwtype3.org/list/ I dunno about this. My Fasty is lowered the same number of notches as mentioned above and it rides like a buckboard. I'm leaving the front at 3, but I'm bringing the back up to 1 notch only in an effort to stop the clunking in the back when I go over a bump. It' however, in my opionion, does look great!
