You're probably right, it's probably the same physical part. The problem is that T4 engines are bigger with different characteristics and the sensor is probably calibrated differently. The parts are probably electrically the same, so could be subbed, but running results might be iffy. Could go either rich or lean. I wouldn't like to go tweaking on the adjustment screw without some good exhaust gas analysis equipment to back me up, either. As several listees have found, slight adjustments can make a whole lot of difference in running, usually to the worse. Burned valves or fouled plugs are no fun.
