First, you don't want 135! Stick to the 165 or 195 range. Second, for best grip you want to look at the tires with a Treadwear that's really low. 400 will give long life but lousy traction whereas 100 will give fantastic traction but won't last more than 20K miles, if you're lucky. Go to http://www.tirerack.com and click on the link on the left side of the screen labeled Tire Tech. For a daily driver that doesn't have high performance in mind I'd recommend a treadwear between 300 and 360. You're wallet will dictate how sticky you can go.
