Hello all, I plan on installing a nice stereo system in my fastback sometime, but until that happens I'd like to replace the stock speaker, which must have a torn cone because it vibrates like crazy. Having given my Bentley book to the guy who purchased by Square in Feb., because he really needed it and I wanted the car to be fixed in the proper way, can someone answer this question: When replacing the stock speaker, do I go at it from underneath, or do I need to remove the dash cover? Either way I'm looking at a major effort...¬Ò is in good shape and I don't want to chance screwing it up...on the other hand, the 73 fasty has that large black plastic air box under the dash, and I doubt you can get to the speaker without first removing that monstrosity. Any info will be greatly appreciated!
