This is a feature on 68-73s. It has a B in the center and is an idiot
light to tell you that one of your brake circuits has failed. It only
lights while you are trying to use the brakes. Pretty pointless, by
the time it lights up, your foot has already gone to the floor and
you already KNOW there's a PROBLEM.

For 68-71 you press the lens and it lights up to tell you that the
bulb is okay. For 72-3 the light should come on with the generator
and oil light when you first turn the key to on; then it goes out
when the engine starts. The late versions often suffer a
semiconductor failure and cease to work.
